SocialFlow AI ("we", "our", "the Service") is a social media content creation platform operated by Macaw Digital. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
SocialFlow AI helps users generate social media post copy, ad copy, and images using AI, and — where you choose to connect a platform account — publish that content directly to your own Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or TikTok account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
When you connect a third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), you authorize SocialFlow AI to publish content to that account only when you explicitly initiate a post or schedule one. We never post without your action. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Content Calendar page.
You retain ownership of the content you generate and publish through SocialFlow AI. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's own community guidelines and applicable law.
SocialFlow AI offers Free, Plus, and PRO subscription tiers with different usage limits, billed via Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing section of your account.
You may not use the Service to generate or publish illegal content, spam, hate speech, or content that violates the terms of the third-party platforms you connect.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Macaw Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content generated by AI that you choose to publish.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account Settings, or by following the instructions at our Privacy Policy & Data Deletion page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
