Privacy Policy

SocialFlow AI ("we", "our") is operated by Macaw Digital. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete it.

1. Information We Collect

Account info (name, email), brand kit details you provide (brand name, colors, logo, tone, sample content), content you generate (post/ad copy, images, videos), and — only if you connect them — access tokens for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or TikTok.

2. How We Use It

To generate AI content tailored to your brand, to publish content to platforms you've explicitly connected and only when you initiate a post, and to show you basic performance metrics for posts we've published on your behalf.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic's Claude for AI text/image generation, Supabase for account and data storage, Stripe for billing, and Cloudflare for hosting — each processes data solely to provide their respective service to us.

4. Data Deletion

If you'd like SocialFlow AI to delete your account and all associated data (profile, saved posts, brand settings, uploaded reference files, and connected social account tokens), you have two options:

Option 1 — In-app: Sign in, open your Profile menu → Account Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your data.

Option 2 — Email request: Email privacy@digitalmacaw.com from your account's registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

We also recommend revoking app access directly from each platform's own settings (e.g. Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites).

5. Data Security

Access tokens and account data are stored securely with row-level access controls, and are never sold or shared with third parties beyond the service providers listed above.
